Local 2519 Election Committee: (seated from left) Thomasenia Shepherd,
Chairman Charla Jordan, Daiquiri Steele, (standing from left) Desmond
Grey, Christopher Seely. In an election initially tainted by cheating,
our Election Committee heard and decided an election protest, sought
legal counsel when one candidate subsequently withdrew, and brought
the process to the fair and proper conclusion. Their efforts to insure
democratic process should be appreciated by every member of AFGE Local
2519.
